Choosing a Route.Base your choice on real-world use.
Choose routes based on your destination, time of use and app requirements, and consider when IEPL, relay and direct connections are appropriate. Route names are no substitute for real-world testing and do not guarantee access to every platform. Test your connection during your usual usage hours, then switch routes as needed.
For connection or subscription issues, submit a support ticket through the dashboard and include your client, destination region and a description of the problem. X5VPN follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. Information needed to provide the service is handled according to the principle of data minimization. You can create an account with a username and password—no email address required. The privacy policy explains how information related to accounts, orders and support tickets is used.
A privacy policy does not mean all online activity is risk-free. Keep your account details and subscription link secure, use them only on trusted devices, and remove unrelated personal information before submitting troubleshooting materials.
