Refund Policy

Eligibility, order verification, and refund processing.

Refund Period and Eligibility

You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. The refund period is verified against the time of the first successfully paid order on your account. If you are dissatisfied with the service, route selection, or your usage needs, you can submit a request through a support ticket in the user panel. You do not need to complete troubleshooting first or provide proof of dissatisfaction.

Requests for monthly subscriptions and data packages must be tied to specific orders. Renewals, additional data packages, or mid-term upgrades do not restart the refund period, which is measured from the first payment. If there are multiple orders, list the orders covered by your request in the ticket so customer support can check each one. Data packages do not expire, but that does not extend the refund period indefinitely.

Eligible and Ineligible Requests

Connecting normally, importing a subscription, or using some of your data does not, on its own, constitute a reason to deny a refund requested within the refund period. This policy does not specify deductions based on data used or set a threshold at which a refund becomes unavailable due to usage. Full-refund eligibility will not be reduced by undisclosed data-use conditions.

Requests made after the period above are not covered by the no-questions-asked full-refund commitment in this policy. You may explain your circumstances in a ticket and ask for a review. Orders that have not been paid, were not successfully paid, or have already been refunded have no payment amount eligible for another refund. If the payment record and panel status do not match, check your payment receipt first.

For accounts involving a violation of the Terms of Service, access restrictions and refund verification should be addressed separately. An unusual account status does not automatically mean all payments can be withheld. If there is a dispute, explain the relevant facts, order status, and basis for the decision in a ticket; a general label of misconduct is not a substitute for review.

How to Apply and What to Provide

Log in to the user panel, open the support ticket page, and submit a request with “Refund Request” as the subject. Include the order ID, payment time, amount paid, and payment method. If your request covers multiple orders, list each one separately to avoid mixing different payment records.

If your payment was successful but the order is not shown in the panel, you can provide the transaction record or a payment screenshot with unrelated information obscured. You do not need to provide your account password, complete payment account details, or subscription link. If customer support needs additional information to verify the request, they will explain why in the same ticket. Submit only information related to that order.

Keep a record of your ticket and add any further information to the original ticket. After checking the order owner, first payment time, and refund scope, customer support will respond with the result in the ticket. There is no need to submit the same request again just to preserve a record of your application.

Refunds to the Original Payment Method and Timing

Payments made with Alipay or WeChat Pay are returned through the original payment channel where possible. Whether this can be done depends on the original transaction and the payment channel’s status. If the channel does not support a refund to the original payment method, customer support should explain why in a ticket and confirm a workable option with you before proceeding. An account balance should not be treated as a completed cash refund.

Refund verification, payment channel processing, and receipt of funds are separate steps. No fixed processing time is provided in the current information, so this policy does not promise a specific number of days for the funds to arrive. Refer to the ticket record and the payment channel’s transaction history. If you are told that a refund has been submitted but have not received it, ask for a status check in the original ticket.

Other Payment Methods and Follow-Up

USDT payments follow a different refund process from Alipay and WeChat Pay, and should not be assumed to return automatically to the original payment source. When applying, provide the relevant transaction record first. Customer support will confirm the network, receiving address, and refund arrangement through a ticket. Any amount or network fee details should be explained and confirmed before processing; this page does not set undisclosed fee or exchange-rate rules.

After the refund is completed, check the funds received and the status of the relevant order. Changes to the associated subscription, remaining data, and access permissions should follow the scope confirmed in the ticket. If the payment or status does not match, continue the discussion in the original ticket. For information about account data, see the Privacy Policy.
